What are cutout credits?
An AI cutout is a short clip with the background removed so a person or vehicle can ride a route on the globe. Starting a job deducts one credit. Failed extracts refund the credit. Lifetime access typically includes unlimited cutouts, so the meter never moves.
Cutout files stay in your account for 90 days; you can extend in the last 30 days. Extra Starter / Pro / Studio packs are for paid plans only. Running out of credits on Free opens checkout so you can subscribe first.
Export 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 on every plan
Widescreen for YouTube, vertical for TikTok / Reels / Shorts, and square for feeds. Aspect ratio is not a paid gate — Free and Pro both render those three formats. Free keeps the 3dmaps.app watermark on. Paid plans can turn it off in More → Settings.

Yes. New accounts start on Free with 2 AI cutout credits. You can search places, animate flyovers, annotate, and export 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1 without paying. The watermark stays on.
What are cutout credits?
Each AI background-removal job spends one cutout credit. If the job fails after deduct, the credit is refunded. Lifetime access typically includes unlimited cutouts, so the meter does not move. Extra Starter / Pro / Studio credit packs are for paid plans only (Day Pass, Creator, Lifetime, or Pro). Saved cutouts are kept for 90 days and can be extended.
Day pass vs monthly vs lifetime — what’s the difference?
All of these count as Pro while they are valid. Day Pass lasts 24 hours. Creator Monthly and Creator Annual are recurring. Lifetime does not expire and typically includes unlimited AI cutouts.

Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel on the free plan. Paid Stripe subscriptions can be managed from Billing. The Refund Policy covers unused purchases within 14 days (or longer where law requires) and generally treats used subscription periods as non-refundable. Contact billing via the contact form.
Can I use 3dmaps videos commercially?
Yes, for lawful personal or commercial storytelling, subject to Mapbox and other provider terms and the Terms of Service. Free exports keep the 3dmaps.app watermark. Paid memberships can remove it. You must clear third-party brands, likenesses, or restricted geography claims yourself.
