How do I delete my 3dmaps.app account?

What data is deleted when I close my account?

Your sign-in profile and saved map projects (names, countries, badges, and related editor settings stored with your account). Exported MP4 files already downloaded to your device are not deleted from your device.

How long does account deletion take?

In-app deletion is immediate after re-authentication succeeds. Email requests are typically completed within 7 business days after we verify ownership.

Can I recover a deleted 3dmaps account?

No. Deletion is permanent. Create a new account if you return later; prior projects will not be restored.

Does deleting my account cancel paid subscriptions?

If you have an active paid plan through a store or processor, cancel that subscription in the original billing channel as well. Account deletion removes product data; billing may need a separate cancellation. See our Refund Policy for purchase questions.
